TiVo Has Launched “150 Hours Hi-Def” 1 TB DVR

TiVo has launched a brand new premium DVR at this year’s CEDIA show. TiVo® HD XL Digital Video Recorder comes with a huge 1 TB hard drive, capable of storing 150 hours of high definition television. It also features an eSATA port on the back to add an extra 60 hours of HD recording with external drives. Another cool thing is that you will be able to download recorded shows to Mac using the TiVo Transfer program in Roxio’s Toast 9 Titanium and use H.264 compression to convert the recording into smaller files viewable with iPod or iPhones.
